OTV: Lake City No Longer Small Town

OrangeTV: Some people have a hard time accepting reality sometimes - it’s a little on the “too late” side for this one, and I can’t be the only one who is okay with the fact that Cd’A quite obviously went from “small town” to “medium sized city” a while ago now. Medium sized cities can have just as many charms as small towns, if not more. Perhaps these backwards-thinkers ought to face the reality that our city isn’t the same as it was during their idyllic, soft-focus childhood and it never, ever will be again. It’s important to move forward with McEuen improvements ...

Question: Is Coeur d'Alene still a "small town," as far as you're concerned?
