State Sen. Kathy Sims sent the following terse note to Coeur d'Alene City Attorney Mike Gridley after reading his letter denouncing her claims that Mayor Sandi Bloem & City Council members had conflicts of interest in dealing the proposed McEuen Field upgrades: "Your letter is of no concern to me. It is what I would have expected from you. it has been forwarded." Gridley told Huckleberries: "It is troubling that facts and law are of “no concern” to an elected representative."
