a 27-year-old Rathdrum, Idaho man is dead after a crash on Highway 20 near Cusick. It happened just before 10 a.m. four miles south of Cusick.  Washington State Patrol Troopers said Jonathan Franco was riding his motorcycle and rear-ended another car which was slowing down for an injured deer on the road/KREM.
