JA: How Rep. Hart Got Away

Spoof RE: Hart in wrong place at wrong time/Lewiston Tribune

ISP (guns drawn): ‘OK, buddy, come out with your hands up’.
Phil: ‘Wait, wait, it was just a little timber…’
ISP: ‘Come out, right now.’
Phil: ‘And, besides, the house in in a trust…’
ISP: ‘Hands up, NOW’.
Phil: ‘I have legislative immunity…I mean it’s still technically the session until the governor signs…’
ISP: ‘OK, men, we’re gonna have to go in with force’.
Phil: ‘All right, then. But, according to the constitution…’
ISP: ‘Ready, guys…’
Phil: ‘OK, I’m coming out, but the constitution has laws about unreasonable search…’
ISP: ‘Oh, forget it. We’ll just be in court for years’.
Second ISP: ‘Yeah, I’ve already had my Phil of this guy’.
Phil (relieved): ‘Boy, now THAT was taxing’.
