Otter: Why Did Props 1-3 Fail?

Idaho Gov. Butch Otter said today that he's asked the State Board of Education to head up a 33-member stakeholder group to look at parts of the failed school reform referenda that should perhaps be salvaged. “I believe we're going to have in this legislative session a revisit of Props 1, 2, and 3 or parts and pieces thereof,” Otter told the Associated Taxpayers of Idaho. “We lost. I'm not one that's going to go around and shoot the wounded. … The rejection was pretty obvious. But I do believe that we will see … parts and pieces of all those come back at us”/Betsy Russell, Eye on Boise. More here.

Question: Is there something from Propositions 1, 2 & 3 that you would like to see salvaged?
