At the Coeur d'Alene City Council meeting Tuesday, Councilman Mike Kennedy asked Councilman Dan Gookin about remarks he made on KVNI radio that morning re: details of separation packages for five department heads. Gookin said on the radio that he hadn't known all the details in the packages and would have raised objections if he had. You can read the draft minutes of this discussion here.
