Mag: Idaho 17th Healthiest State

Idaho has slipped two spots, from No. 15 to No. 17 in Health magazines list of the healthiest states. On the plus side, the magazine applauds Idaho's low prevalence of smoking, low rate pf preventable hospitalizations, and low prevalence of sedentary lifestyle. On the minus side, the magazine notes Idaho's limited availability of primary care physicians, low immunization coverage, and high rate of uninsured populations. In the rest of the Northwest, Washington and Oregon are tied at No. 13. Wyoming is No. 23. And Montana is No. 29. Vermont is considered the healthiest state. You can see the whole list here.

Question: What do you need to do to make your lifestyle healthier?
