A winter weather advisory for 2 to 4 inches of snow in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area was issued this morning with the snowfall arriving tonight and Wednesday morning. National Weather Service forecasters said Spokane could see 2.2 inches of snow, which is down from a forecast on Monday of 3.7 inches. Coeur d’Alene could see 4.4 inchs of snow; Pullman, 3.3 inches; and Sandpoint, 2.5 inches. Heavy snow of 8 to 12 inches could fall in the mountains of North Idaho to the east of St. Maries and Moscow/SR. More here.
