Question: How many flights of stairs do you think you could run?

I have seen my reflection in a window while running. It wasn’t pretty. So about a half a flight of stairs (four stairs is a flight in Bonners Ferry). After about twelve stairs (three BF flights), my body starts speaking to me softly. It says, “Hey! What do you think you are doing? Don’t you want a bon bon and a nice couch? How bout a grilled cheese and bacon sammich?” (last night’s fare).

It is very frightening to see a flubbly late thirty something pack a day smoker do anything resembling the word ‘fast’.

    Depends who is chasing me.
