Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum are running neck and neck in the Iowa caucuses, and Texas congressman Ron Paul has fallen too far behind to catch either of them. With all but about 10 percent of the votes counted, Romney and Santorum are separated from each other by less than 100 votes. The winner is in line for bragging rights — and perhaps much more — as the GOP nominating campaign makes the turn to primaries in New Hampshire on Jan. 10, then South Carolina and Florida before the end of January/Associated Press.
