Edinger Motion Likely To Get A 2nd

Councilman Ron Edinger's motion will receive a second. Then whether the McEuen Field project should be put to a public advisory vote will be up for the City Council to decide Tuesday, Jan. 17, the first full meeting for new councilmen and vote-supporters Dan Gookin and Steve Adams. With the election of Adams and Gookin, who were seated Tuesday, that's expected to change/Tom Hasslinger, Coeur d'Alene Press. More here.

Question: Do you expect a 4-3 vote against Councilman Ron Edinger's motion when he gets a second (from either Gookin or Adams), with Mayor Sandi Bloem casting the tie-breaker?
