1:50 p.m. A small child has been found wandering alone @ Hazel & Crestline/CdA.
1:38 p.m. Older teen in vehicle is dragging approximate 6YO in Christmas bin by rope around Rockin' R subdivision on Arena Loop/Hayden. Caller fears situation will end badly.
