EOB: Otter’s reaction to health care decision

Nearly two weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the national health care reform law, Idaho Gov. Butch Otter has issued his reaction. “Like nearly everyone else, I was surprised by the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling,” he writes in an op-ed piece distributed to Idaho newspapers and media. “Rather than vindication for Idaho’s legal challenge to Obamacare or clarity about a path forward, the court’s decision left me and many others with more questions than answers.” More. Betsy Russell, EOB

Zzzzzz… Anyone more surprised by Otter's reaction than by the Supreme Court's ruling? I'm guessing not, but I could be wrong.
