The Sand Creek Byway will open in one week. Idaho Transportation Department officials announced today that the Highway 95 realignment project will open to traffic on Friday, July 27. The $100 million project was officially dedicated June 29 at a ceremony which attracted more than 500 people/Coeur d'Alene Press.
