School Board Seeks Zone 5 Apps

At yesterday evening’s school board meeting, the Coeur d’Alene School District Board of Trustees declared a vacancy for the trustee position Zone 5 and outlined the process by which the Board will appoint a person to serve the remainder of the current term through June 2013. Sid Fredrickson’s resignation earlier this month triggered the vacancy and appointment process. The Board of Trustees asks any eligible community member interested in applying for the trustee position to submit an application by Wednesday, August 15 at 5 p.m. to the Clerk of the Board, Lynn Towne at 311 N. 10 Street, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814/Laura Rumpler, Coeur d'Alene School District.

DFO: Hey, I'm in this district: "A northern boundary of Dalton, (East of Highway 95).  Westerly boundary of Highway 95/Lincoln Way.  Southern boundary of Garden Avenue and Eastern boundary following along 15th Street.  The full legal description of Zone 5 is on the school district’s website.

Question: Do you think DFO would have a good chance of landing a job with Coeur d'Alene School Board if he applied for Zone 5 opening?
