To the cyclists who routinely ride on Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive: no matter what combination of alien-shaped helmet/distastefully colored spandex you wear, you are incapable of sustaining 45 mph. I know you are of the “Share the road” mentality, but there is no need to create a traffic issue when there is a bike path provided for you not 20 feet away.
