Nina: Crime Invades My ‘Hood

On her Facebook wall, SR colleague Nina Culver of the Spokane Valley blog writes: "My neighborhood is now a crime mecca. That pile of stuff on the lawn next door from the evicted neighbors is attracting a steady stream of thieves who have expanded to other houses in the neighborhood. My daughter and I called the police five times between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. Sunday and got no response. She has pictures and everything. Today people are going through stuff in broad daylight and this time the police actually showed up! As it turns out, one guy had a knife. Anybody got a shotgun I can borrow?"

Question: Have you ever lived next to a sketchy neighbor?
