RR: Need To Streamline Caucus

Reagan Repub: the Caucuses should be seriously retooled for 2016. The differing start times and each county having a differing number of votes left North Idaho hung out to dry. There should be a common start time state-wide (like 6:30 Pacific, 7:30 Mountain) There should be a single preference ballot where voters rank preferences (first, second, third etc) to eliminate the need for multiple ballots. You vote once and done. If your candidate is knocked out, your ballot is resorted to your second preference (and so on) The caucus would be done in an hour.'

Question: Sounds like a good fix for short-changed North Idaho? Any other suggestions re: how to avoid the lengthy caucus that occurred in Kootenai County?
