I dropped by Bent's BBQ as he, Sunny and others were closing up shop around 8:30 Friday evening. They looked tired. But Bent seemed satisfied that his soft opening for the food cart @ 5th & Best (east of Davis Donuts) had gone well. He said he checked in several times at Hucks Online to see what the Merry Hucksters were saying about his fare. He appreciated the support from Hucks Nation. ...
