Should New York Marathon Go On?

Update: Bloomberg cancels New York Marathon/Wall Street Journal

Bloomberg says the marathon will "give people something to cheer about" after a "dismal week." Bloomberg has come under fire for pressing ahead with the marathon in a city still reeling from Superstorm Sandy. Question: Should New York City stage the New York Marathon when the city is reeling from the impact of Hurricane Sandy?
