Kootenai County Sheriff's office is fighting to keep nearly a half a million dollars in what's believed to be drug money. According to newly released federal court documents, $407,676.52 was seized in May after a deputy made a traffic stop in Coeur d'Alene of David Anthony Yadon. The Kootenai County Sheriff's Department believes the money is tied to illegal methamphetamine sales connected to Yadon. … During the traffic stop, according to court documents deputies found Yadon in possession of more than $7,000. They also found nearly $400,000 in a garbage bag stuffed in a suitcase wrapped in heat sealed bags in the trunk of Yadon's vehicle/Dylan Wohlenhaus, KHQ. More here.
