Poll: Obama Will Win

  • Presidential Race: A strong majority of Hucks Nation believes President Barack Obama will win re-election today. 123 of 212 respondents (58.02%) say the president will be re-elected. 89 of 212 respondents (41.98) predict that Mitt Romney will defeat Obama.
  • Monday Poll: A plurality of respondents (50 of 123, 40.65%) say the presidential race is their primary reason for voting today. 38 of 123 respondents (30.89%) list the education propositions as their top reason for voting today. Others list the following as top reasons: North Idaho College trustees races (14, 11.38%), Kootenai County government change (9, 7.32%), and legislative races (5, 4.09%) 7 respondents (5.69%) say they don't plan to vote.
  • Today's Question: Should the Kootenai County Clerk's Office begin tabulating ballots before the polls close to speed up release of vote totals?
