Local Election System Goes Down

At 6:35 a.m., the Coeur d'Alene Press online edition reported: Kootenai County elections officials have just posted the following message on their website:

Due to technical difficulties we are unable to post Election results now. As soon as we have accurate numbers they will be posted here.

Pat Raffee, who oversees elections for Kootenai County, said a problem with the software is suspected but not confirmed. She said officials decided to remove what could be erroneous information from the site while trying to find and correct the problem. She had no timetable for results to be posted.

Question: On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being awful & 10 superb, how would you rate the performance of the Kootenai County Election Department Tuesday night?
