Coeur d’Alene Police Detectives arrested Brad W. Whisner, 20, of Hayden, on two counts of residential 
burglary. Detectives developed information that led them to Whisner and another male, William E. Fesmire, 22, of Rialto, Calif. Detectives obtained a warrant today for Fesmire for three counts of residential burglary. Fesmire’s residence in Coeur d’Alene is in the Echo Glen area. These two males are not suspects in the recent rash of daytime burglaries. They are however, allegedly responsible for at least five other burglaries of residences in the Coeur d’Alene area including two burglaries that occurred in the Echo Glen subdivision/Sgt. Christie Wood, Coeur d'Alene Police Department.
