A Rathdrum Facebook Friend tells HucksOnline that swarms of tiny blue bugs have descended on her community for the last six days. Writes she: “They are so thick that people can't avoid breathing them in and visibility has been reduced to 6 inches.” Things aren't that bad on the Lake Coeur d'Alene waterfront.
