What does Idaho need more, a second year of the University of Idaho's law school in Boise or additional doctors? The State Board of Education would like to see both happen but feels it is unlikely the Legislature will provide the money to do both. Bill Goesling, a board member from Moscow, and Kenneth Edmunds, SBOE president, both say that providing funding for training more doctors should take precedence.
