2 Multi-family Complexes Planned

Multifamily housing projects continue to be popular in Coeur d’Alene, with developers proposing two new complexes with a total of 160 units. Copper Basin Construction of Hayden plans to build a 92-unit apartment complex in the Mill River development along Seltice Way. The Residence at Mill River consists of 12 apartment buildings, five duplexes and a clubhouse on a 5.4-acre lot just west of Grandmill Lane. The first phase, including 36 apartments and a caretaker’s unit, is scheduled to be completed next fall. In north Coeur d’Alene, Hayden-based Viking Homes plans to build a 68-unit apartment complex along Ramsey Road at Lopez Avenue, one block north of Kathleen Avenue/Here's the Dirt. More here.

Question: Do you have a multi-family complex in your neighborhood? Have you had any problems with the apartment/condo complex?
