Don't look now, but the Coeur d'Alene School Board appears ready to forge ahead and make a decision on the Primary Years Programme at Hayden Meadows Elementary. A discussion on the controversial PYProgamme is scheduled as a possible vote item at 6 the regularly scheduled CSB meeting at 6 p.m. Monday. Superintendent Hazel Bauman is scheduled to introduce the subject. Then, the school board will go through the motions of providing a fair hearing by accepting public comment.
