Digger Does Battle w/Moscow Mayor

Henry "Digger" Johnston and Moscow Mayor Nancy Chaney are involved in a flap over their city's human rights ordinance. Here's what Digger wrote in the Moscow-Pullman Daily News today:

The Moscow City Council on Monday approved adding the words "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" to the city's human rights ordinance. This was done without debate or presentation from the city staff or taking public testimony from either side. I want to clarify that I do not "take credit" for the actions of the council and would point out it was Mayor Nancy Chaney who suggested I was the one who orchestrated the ordeal. So what could I have possibly written that caused the greatest procedural coup de gras in Moscow City Council history? More here.

Question: Have you ever fought City Hall?
