Legislature: Year that was

The annual Sine Die Report, or Key Actions Summary, of this year’s legislative session is out now from the Legislative Services Office and posted on the Legislature’s website here. Among the interesting things it points out about the 2013 session: Fewer bills were drafted this year than any year in the past 40 years, at 777, “but curiously, the number of these RS’s that became law was the highest percentage ever recorded at close to 50 percent.
