11:47 a.m. Police have cleared the scene at the 300 block of S10^th Street. The person who reported this incident appears to have mental issues. The witness stated to police that he observed a man with a gun holding four women hostage inside a home. Officers discovered that no assault occurred with a firearm, and there was no hostage situation./CPD Blue release.
