ShoCon: Is it really Balance North Idaho?

"4. We are seeking board members who reside in Hayden and Rathdrum to round out our board's county-wide representation."
County-wide representation, obviously meaning Kootenai County. So why, then, do they use the misleading name Balance NORTH IDAHO, when they are only seeking to represent KOOTENAI COUNTY? If they were REALLY interested in "North Idaho," should they not also be seeking board members from Boundary, Bonner, Shoshone, and Benewah Counties as well.

Is Blance North Idaho an accurate name if they only include Kootenai County residents?
