Huckleberries has learned that four candidates have filed for office in the 2013 Coeur d'Alene municipal elections -- Steve Widmyer and Mary Souza for mayor and Amy Evans (for Mike Kennedy's District 2 seat) and Sharon Hebert (for Councilman Woody McEvers council seat).  Councilman McEvers told Huckleberries earlier this summer that he plans to seek re-election. He's the only incumbent of the four whose terms end this year who is planning to do so. More info here.
