Councilwoman Kerri Thoreson is the only candidate in the race to replace retiring Post Falls Mayor Clay Larkin in the first two days of filings. Three individuals have filed for three separate council seats, including incumbents Betty Ann Henderson for Seat 4 and Linda Wilhelm for Seat 6. Barry Rubin is the only one to file for Seat 2 so far.
