Three people were taken to Kootenai Health after a three-car accident at NW Blvd/River Avenue Tuesday afternoon, including one in critical condition. The crash occurred at 4:21 p.m. when a car driven by Joseph M. Rupeka, 62, of East Freedom, Penn., rear-ended a 1996 Chevy Lumina criven by Carolynn C.
