Otter Plays Cameo Role In Proposal

From Kestrel West Morning Memo:

It's not political news, it's not policy news and it's not going to change the direction of the legislative session. Regardless, this is the best story out of the Idaho Capitol yesterday. A young man from Blackfoot collaborated with Gov. Butch Otter and Rep. Neil Anderson to surprise his girlfriend and ask for her hand in marriage. KIDK news anchor Todd Kunz was there to capture it on camera. Afterward, they were asked about this moment that they will remember for the rest of their lives.  "I was just really confused for a moment, especially with the tux. It just threw me off. So I don't know, I kind of figured it out after a few seconds, but I was just shocked initially."  Click here for story/video.

Question: Do you have any interesting twists to your wedding proposal?
