Hump Day Wild Card -- 2.13.13

President Barack Obama had a better night with his State of the Union speech than Republican counterpart Marco Rubio, R-Florida, had in rebutting it. It didn't hurt Obama, of course, to be interrupted with standing O's from Democrats every time he paused to catch a break. Rubio appeared nervous and thirsty. Oh well. We all survived another State of the Union speech. We can continue to hope against hope that both major parties will put the good of the people ahead of their partisan interests. But we know that's not going to happen. Now for your Hump Day Wild Card ...
