11:18 a.m. CdAPD news release: “Christopher J. Bennett, 20, of Rathdrum, was arrested today as he exited Kootenai Medical Center. Bennett was arrested on outstanding warrants involving aggravated battery and possession of a stolen vehicle re: incident at 4th & Montana/CdA on Tuesday.
