Trustee Ready To Run For Election

It looks like appointed Trustee Ann Seddon of the Coeur d'Alene School Board is going to seek election in her own right this spring. In her Facebook page, she identifies herself as "Candidate for Cd'A School District 271 Trustee." She then goes on to spell out her qualifications, including 30 years of teaching experience in Arizona and 17 years of living in Idaho. She adds:

  • *Believes that public schools must do a better job of teaching American History and the Constitution
  • Supports common sense school safety
  • Voted to have Person Field remain a recreational space for the public
  • Advocate of opening union negotiations to public observation
  • More here

Question: Will you vote for the three School Board appointees should they choose to run this spring? Or possibly support a challenger?
