“This in from Senator Russ Fulcher: “Idaho Senate will debate and vote on Health Exchange bill Thursday, Feb. 21 - Senate bill 1042 will be debated and voted on this coming Thursday morning, Feb 21. - probably starting around 9:45AM.”
