The Kootenai County Republican Party has issued its flyer for the annual Lincoln Day Dinner on March 8. The main speakers are former House Speaker Lawerence Denney, who will deliver the keynote address, and former Bonner County Commissioner Cornel Rasor, who will discuss 2nd Amendment rights. A firearms raffle will be part of the annual event.
