Sho-Con: Tree Goes, I Do, Too

Sho-Con (“Lake City Freedom Tree faces ax”): I spend money in Coeur d'Alene. And, if the “view corridor” version is true, a slap in the face to our veterans for such a trivial reason reaches beyond city and county lines. Not to mention my business will be going to Hayden and Post Falls in the future if that is, in fact, the case. I hope someone can get some verification and post back here once they find out for sure.

Question: I would guess that the city will provide an upscale memorial with a Freedom Tree elsewhere at McEuen Field. Would that be sufficient to mollify individuals who want this tree to remain?
