Mary Wolfinger pins something on her husband Ben's shirt at the swearing-in ceremonies this morning at the Kootenai County Courthouse. A badge, mebbe? A packed house watched the swearing-in ceremonies involving Ben Wolfinger, Commissioners Dan Green and Todd Tondee, and Prosecutor Barry McHugh. Wolfinger, the former information officer at the sheriff's office under Sheriff Rocky Watson, was sworn in by his father-in-law, Judge Gene Marano.
