Coeur d'Alene firefighters quickly handled a fire in a house at 408 E. Sunrise Drive that was reported at 7 o'clock this morning.   • 1:42 p.m. Elderly female in wheelchair @ 12th/Greensferry, PF, is not dressed for weather outside trailer park, appears confused, and won't give her name to caller who is trying to help.
