Two noteworthy events will take place early this afternoon. The Coeur d'Alene School Board will meet at the district's administrative building at 1:30 to discuss a disciplinary situation in executive session. A district spokeswoman has said that no discussion of the flap involving Trustee Brent Regan's anti-Obama joke is expected. A half hour earlier, the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations has scheduled a press conference to discuss Regan's remark. I'll be there to report on the presser.
