Owner Fights Pit Bull Ban

Apollo, a Blue Nose pit bull is shown in Madison, Miss. Apollo's owner Arthur Young, 21, has filed a federal lawsuit saying the city of Richland's ban on pit bull dogs is unconstitutional. The city of Richland passed an ordinance in 2006 banning American Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers and mixed-breed offspring. Richland Mayor Mark Scarborough says the ordinance was passed after two pit bull attacks. He says it's a matter of public safety. (AP Photo/Rogelio V. Solis)

Question: Should pit bulls be banned in your town?
