Idaho Falls considers anti-discrimination ordinance

Idaho Falls is considering enacting an anti-discrimination ordinance to cover sexual orientation and gender identity; if it does, it'd be the seventh Idaho city to enact protections from discrimination that state lawmakers have repeatedly refused to add to the Idaho Human Rights Act.

The Idaho Falls Post Register reports the city council is working on a draft ordinance and collecting public comment on the issue. More here. Betsy Russell, EOB
