Idahoans Hunt For Love At WalMart

You know the “missed connections” section of Craigslist where people write about fleeting glances, eyes meeting across the room, love-at-first-sight magic? If you don’t know what I’m talking about, most “missed connections” posts are along the lines of, “I saw you at such-and-such place, and now I’m kicking myself for not asking you out.” So, based on tallies of “missed connections,” Walmart is a popular place for Idahoans to pine after strangers. That’s according to an analysis published in last month’s issue of Psychology Today. People in other states preferred McDonald’s, football games, their cars and — confusingly — their own homes.
