Phil Hart Faces Finance Investigation

Phil Hart now must appear at a hearing May 20 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Coeur d'Alene, according to an order from Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Terry Myers/Betsy Russell, Eye on Boise. More here.

Question: Sounds like the piper still wants to be paid, right?
