The three -- Jason S. Parker, 58, Sierra R. Parker, 32, and Ronald G. Sever, 65, were dumped into the lake when their canoe tipped about 100 yards offshore on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Jason Parker was able to swim to shore, while Sierra Parker and Sever clung to a boat. They were in the 52-degree water for about 30 minutes before being rescued by the fireboat.
